He was very neat, professional and friendly and explained what was happening with the door. The thing that impressed me was that he did not try to up sell me citing a dangerous and hazardous situation. I also had a frayed lifting lanyard on one side of the door. He provided a written quote. I accepted the quote and told him to continue and repair the broken door. He told me about 1. why the door would not go all the way down, 2. the details of the opener motor, 3. important things to watch for including the spring and what was available when these elements eventually failed.
