“I am so impressed with 1 Clear Choice!! I appreciate the quick-fix time, the clean and knowledgable technician, Adam, who fixed my garage door and the nice telephone manners that the receptionist had. I like the NoTrip charge, the 10-year warranty on labor and the LIFETIME warranty on the springs. Even though the garage door wouldn’t open as I got home from work the evening of Saturday, May 5, 2012, AND the horrid hail storm began, AND I had to leave my beautiful SUV out in the hailstorm, after Adam came and fixed the door, life was good again! Thank you, Adam, and 1 Clear Choice. Your company is MY clear choice!”

“It was a warm pre-spring evening, kids running in the cul-de-sac and me chillin in my garage watching the neighborhood. Unbeknown to me, something slid in the path of the garage door and when i closed it….boom! off the track it went. I fought with it for a bit, but since I know nothing about garage doors and because my arms tired since the door is heavier then it looks….I secured it so it wouldn’t fall and kill someone and went to dinner to drink beer and contemplate my next move. My next move was to call One Clear Choice, because they proclaim themselves to the be 1 clear choice in garage repair. The lady that answered was nice, understanding and got me on the schedule for the following day. The tech that came out called at his scheduled service call window to tell me he’s on his way but 20 mins out. And when he got there he was friendly and understanding of the situation. Dave, the tech that came out, got the door up and secure in about 15 mins., and pointed out a few things that needed to be done, but not in a threatening ‘you’re gonna die’ kind of way. The technician was very informative and immediately fixed my door. They explained the problems that led to the door falling and after I decided to replace the door they applied the total amount for the work already performed toward a new door install. The company worked with us on getting us the best price for what we wanted and upgraded the warranty to secure the contract. The gentleman who came was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to make sure that our sensors were wired correctly and looked nice. “Tried to open my garage door to head out to work and it wouldn’t go up past three inches. I realized that something was wrong that I couldn’t fix. I had a coupon for One Clear Choice and called them. Ty came out well within the scheduled time and immediately noticed that one of the springs was broken. He went right to work and replaced both springs, rollers, cables, etc., and did a quick, complete, perfect job. I was so impressed that I had him install a new garage door opener, too! I would recommend this company.”
“Came home Tuesday noon for lunch and door wouldn’t open. Had to get to Denver quickly after work and called One Clear Choice from the Yellow Pages. “Our garage door wouldn’t budge. we set up appt with 1 Clear Choice based on Martino’s Referral List. our Tech (Jeff) was about the most personable guy you would ever want to have working on your home. Helpful, informative (explained everything up front including costs and continued to explain as he went along on the job), on time. Then when a few other things popped up during the job, he took care of them. always with a smile and great attitude. showed us how to adjust tensions for the door, went over everything again with us prior to leaving. cleaned up everything. Just a wonderful experience. We will have no problem at all recommending 1 Clear Choice to friends and family (already have done it once today). wish our garage door hadn’t broken, but since it did, this was probably the best case we could have hoped for.”
