Even after the first tech showed up and I had an emergency, they happily re-scheduled. Ty and Jim showed up while I was at work and were very nice to my wife, completed the full inspection and got my broken garage door (which needed a ton of work) fixed in no time! By the end of the call, I had secured an installation two days later, and this was during Christmas week. The original ‘window’ for the installer was between 2p-4p and he was running late (but called ahead of time to apologize). The install (completed by Ron) was done efficiently and professionally. Ron offered options and suggestions during the install (without being pushy) and ensured everything was working properly before leaving. “It was a warm pre-spring evening, kids running in the cul-de-sac and me chillin in my garage watching the neighborhood. Unbeknown to me, something slid in the path of the garage door and when i closed it….boom! off the track it went. I fought with it for a bit, but since I know nothing about garage doors and because my arms tired since the door is heavier then it looks….I secured it so it wouldn’t fall and kill someone and went to dinner to drink beer and contemplate my next move. My next move was to call One Clear Choice, because they proclaim themselves to the be 1 clear choice in garage repair. The lady that answered was nice, understanding and got me on the schedule for the following day. The tech that came out called at his scheduled service call window to tell me he’s on his way but 20 mins out. And when he got there he was friendly and understanding of the situation. Dave, the tech that came out, got the door up and secure in about 15 mins., and pointed out a few things that needed to be done, but not in a threatening ‘you’re gonna die’ kind of way.
