“Ty Ross arrived at appointed time, reviewed the condition of the failed Overhead Door spring (broken)and inspected the rest of the hardware. I also had a frayed lifting lanyard on one side of the door. He provided a written quote. I accepted the quote and told him to continue and repair the broken door. A very competent technician, worked quickly, safely, and replaced the coil spring and the lifting lanyards in a expedited manner. I am recommending this company for prompt, efficient, quality work.”
