“Ty Ross arrived at appointed time, reviewed the condition of the failed Overhead Door spring (broken) and inspected the rest of the hardware. I also had a frayed lifting lanyard on one side of the door. He provided a written quote. I accepted the quote and told him to continue and repair the broken door. A very competent technician, worked quickly, safely, and replaced the coil spring and the lifting lanyards in a expedited manner. “I was absolutely amazed with this company. I called other companies who said that the soonest they could get somebody out to our house would be after 5:00 p.m. today (Saturday) or the following day. I then called One Clear Choice and spoke with Amy who was extremely polite and not only quoted me a lower price but said said that she would send somebody over right away.
